CERTIFICATIONS AND QUALITY

QUALITY POLICY

The Quality Management System put in place by Naster has been ISO 9001 certified since 2008. Recently, we have begun to obtain specific certifications for special products, such as our mirror backing films (FIRA FRQG G0001:2012).

Our Company policy, based on the pursuit of customer satisfaction and the continual improvement of the organisation and its management system, finds expression in:

– Undivided attention to customer requests;
– Commitment to consistently meet binding requirements, especially those relating to our products;
– Exclusive use of high quality materials in our manufacturing processes, pinpointed through direct experience and selected from among the best and most innovative on the market;
– Research and development of new types of product to be placed on the market;
– Renovation of structures and machinery in order to increase productivity and improve on existing levels of safety for the workers;
– Qualification of the testing laboratory in order to ensure tighter control on finished products;
– Characterisation of our product range, in terms of services offered and competitive prices;
– Continuous training for our employees and experience sharing through on-going communication between units;
– Attention to all factors affecting safety and health in the workplace, through the organisation of the Prevention and Protection Service and the continuous upgrading of the working conditions with a view to minimising risks to people and the environment.

The certification of our quality management system has been a choice dictated by our company philosophy with a view to having a clearly defined, streamlined and highly flexible organisation, in keeping with the development of the global economy. Our target is customer satisfaction, in terms of prompt response, quality, efficient service. We believe in building solid relationships with our customers and suppliers that will last over time, based on mutual trust and time-honoured values of respect, seriousness, professional service.
Naster’s quality management system is accredited under ISO 9001:2008.
